Just enter Magazines, go to the right column, and scroll down fast to the empty space and now you can see the description of Magazine #28.

Drift Rewards
Unlockable Drift Rewards:

Drift King!	Get a drift worth 100,000 points or more
Insane Drift	Get a drift worth 50,000 points or more.

Eddies Skyline
To unlock "Eddies Skyline" you must have 3 million style points. You can not upgrade this car and it has the same stats as a regular skyline. It is the car on the cover and that comes up when you haven't selected a profile.

Points for 360 in Drift
When you are in drift mode you can get some extra points for doing doughnuts. Hold one direction and the handbrake and gas and let go of the handbrake after a second. You'll just sit there and do doughnuts. This won't get you massive points but it's something.
